The Norwegian group is due to hit the road in September for a series of European dates on the "Coal" Tour, starting in their home country. Earlier this year, Ihsahn announced that he was already working on the follow-up to Eremita. In his latest update, the Norwegian musician has revealed that the new album is finished already! The yet untitled new album is currently in the hands of Jens Bogren and will soon be on its way to Candelight Records. Ritxi Ostáriz is taking care of the artwork. You can expect an autumn release but the exact date and title will be announced later.

This will be their first physical release since 2006's Two Way Mirror full-length. Jared has already begun rehearsals for the upcoming Rockstar Mayhem US summer festival tour and will soon relocate from North Carolina to Northern California to begin pre-production for Machine Head's upcoming 8th studio album. Progressive metallers Dream Theater have announced the first leg of their new European tour which will start in January 15th, 2014 in Porto, Portugal in support of their new studio album being released on September 24th which marks the first self-titled release in the band's career. The upcoming tour will encompass 30 cities in 16 countries. The band is also planning to tour North America beginning in March of 2014 so stay tuned for those dates. For now, the European shows already confirmed where the band will be presenting songs from Dream Theater can be found below.
