Lamb Of God - Announce US Tour With In Flames

Groove thrash metallers Lamb Of God have announced via their official website that the band will tour the US with In Flames as direct support. Hatebreed will join these bands from October 30th until November 19th at which point Hellyeah will replace them for the remainder of the shows. Sylosis will open all dates. Below are the dates for the tour.

Lamb Of God - Randy Blythe Released From Czech Prison, Band To Appear At Knotfest

Finally, Lamb Of God's vocalist Randy Blythe has been released from prison. A spokesperson for the Czech prison Randy was being held at confirmed that he was released yesterday afternoon. The Prague Municipal Court's ruling against the prosecutor of the Prague 8 District Court was made on Thursday afternoon behind closed doors.

Lamb Of God - Randy Blythe Arrested, Prosecutor's Complaint Against Release Dismissed (Update)

UPDATE on 17.07.2012: [Thanks to Ace Frawley] According to Czech news site iDNES.cz, a Prague Municipal Court has now dismissed the prosecutor's complaint to deny Blythe bail with the intent of blocking his release. However, the cost of Blythe's bail has been doubled, from $200,000 to $400,000. Moreover, the prosecutor can file another complaint against the latest decision, which would further delay Blythe's release even if he does pay the $400,000. So, there is no telling when this will stop.

Lamb Of God - Release New Feature Film Trailer And Video

American groove thrash metallers Lamb Of God have released the first trailer for their projected 2013 feature film, "As The Palaces Burn", which features the band's new video for their second single "Desolation" off the Resolution album, released in January through Epic Records. The video was shot at shows in South America and Mexico and you can watch it here.

Lamb Of God - North American Tour With Gojira And Dethklok Announced

This summer, Lamb Of God and Dethklok will join forces for a 34-show North American tour kicking off on August 1st in Seattle, Washington. The bands will shred their way through cities throughout in the US and Canada ending September 15th in San Francisco, CA.

Born Of The Storm - Side Project Featuring Lamb Of God And Devildriver Members

Lamb Of God's guitarist Mark Morton and Devildriver's frontman Dez Fafara have formed a side project called Born Of The Storm. Mark Morton has posted via twitter links for two demo songs from the project, "Nowhere Fast" and "Dust". The track "Dust" features Kevin Talley (Dying Fetus, Misery Index, Chimaira) on drums and "Nowhere Fast" features a guest appearance by Ryan Lake of Alabama Thunderpussy on the first guitar solo. No further details have been revealed on the project yet and it is not clear if they plan to release a full-length album in the future.

Lamb Of God - Forced To Cancel Show In Brazil Due To Scheduling Conflict

US groove thrash metallers Lamb Of God have cancelled the band's previously announced show in Curitiba, Brazil. The following press release was issued about the cancellation: "Liberation Music Company is very sorry to announce that, due to irreversible logistics problems, Lamb Of God's appearance in Curitiba, Brazil, with Hatebreed and Lacuna Coil on April 1st had to be cancelled."
