Wow that was boring. they should stop noodling with simple progressions and start writing songs as they did once long ago...

Yeah, I agree that was really boring. I don't remember anything from the song.

I enjoyed it. I love Alan's vocals. One of my favorite metal bands and I can't wait for this album!

A bit repetitive yes, but still pretty decent regardless. I thought the vocals were great too. I should check this album out.

Ordinary men hate solitude. But the Master makes use of it, embracing his aloneness, realizing he is one with the whole universe (Lao Tzu).

Listened to it this morning, I enjoyed it but it did sound rather Primordial-by-numbers. That's fine and if it's a whole album of that it'll probably still sound very good cos they're very good at what they do, but the inspiration that presumably brought about songs like The Coffin Ships, Empire Falls and As Rome Burns isn't really prevalent here.

This is awesome but it needs more folk, and more black

A total nothing song. Definitely will be skipped on the album. So far a fairly decent, but not overly impressive song, and then this one. Hmmmm.... please be showing us the weaker songs.

Seems to me that the inspiration that helped them create the brlliant "To the Nameless Dead" is now completely gone.

First song they released really hyped this album for me, but what's up with this? Surely they can do better than play the same riff for 8 minutes. By the 3rd or 4th minute I was expecting some kind of "Mouth of Judas"-crescendo but nope, just the same stuff over and over... Only thing I like about it is that the guitar sounds like something from their first album.
