In The Woods... - Update On New Album

In The Woods... new album finally has a release date. The fans had to wait 17 years for the follow-up to Strange In Stereo. The new album will be called Pure and it drops on September 16th via Debemur Morti Productions on CD/Vinyl/Digital. Mark your calendars folks! Apart from that, you can also take a look at the album cover and tracklist below. The CD edition will have a slightly different version of the art.

The band commented: "This is without a doubt the most accessible release by In The Woods... yet. Lyrically, existential and philosophical themes are at the fore; Elements of psychedelia, alienation and loss interweave, leaving the listener in no doubt that In The Woods... seek to advance their own understanding of the esoteric and transcendental, if were it not already obvious to the listener through the music."

I'm expecting people to be disappointed with that "most accessible record". Anyway, if it's at least slightly in the vein of Strange In Stereo I'll be really happy

Those that are disappointed because of such a stupid reason are hipsters. Accessibility and quality are not in denial.

It took them 17 years but they're finally out of the woods.
