Altars - In Studio, Recording New Material
Altars, and Australian death metal formation, have shared a live studio footage from their tracking sessions for Ascetic Reflection album. This will be their first long player since 2013's Paramnesia. The new outing will be out soon via Everlasting Spew Records. More info in due time.

This was definitely unexpected. Their debut album was one of the best DM records of 2010s so I'm eagerly waiting to see what they come up with next. The teaser they have put out is definitely promossing.

Spoke with the main composer at Killtown Deathfest in 2019, he didn't seem too sure about the band's future. Very excited about these news!

Paramnesia was rather excellent so I'm definitely excited for this. If they can come back a decade later with something of similar quality I'll be very happy.
