The had many functional stadiums and this is something I'm sure of but they probably wanted to build something special for the occasion. And you know who has only been playing football for a couple of decades ?. the answer is Japan, the finest Asian national team !
The fact that it's tiny is irrelevant as long as they can handle the large numbers of fans coming to watch the WC.
Anyway I don't want to make a big deal out of this, I just hope things work out for the best

Italy did deserve to win.... I definitely did think it might be our year though. Going into the game, I thought England and Italy were pretty even, so I was surprised at how much Italy dominated the game... I guess it just wasnt to be.

Now, I hope it's Germany and Spain in the final, and that Germany beat them.

When I was watching a game I thought I will say all bloopers name, because Italy criated chances alot of, D Natale, anothe rguy in OT, + Balotelli what a blooper, if one player once pe rgame miss such chance, but he miss 5 good one

That is true, though I think the difference in the end was Pirlo. And I was disappointed that Steven Gerrard wasn't able to have a similar impact on the game with his quality. Pirlo was dictating the play with his movement and his passing, and I don't think we did enough to shackle him. Honestly, I don't think Italy are that much better than us, we just didn't really perform as well as we can, the first 20/25 minutes aside. Though in this game, we were lucky it went to penalties, because the Italians missed so many chances to win the game before it came to that. I definitely don't think Italy can afford to squander that many chances against Germany and go through.
