i'm listening metal a lot in all style but not only metal music cause i like blues or classic too, i'm not wearing specially metal clothe, ihave some metal teeshirt and wear only leather jaket ... i have long hair cause i like this style but it ll change one day... i used to go in metal concert a lot and festival when money allow me ...

I agree with you. Allthough, my histiry says that I listen to many kinds of music, but I prefer metal in all these. I dont dress metal or goth, except some t-shirts. Although being in concerts is maybe my favourite thing! I have had long hair till September 2006 but now my hair is short. In conclusion I dont think that being a rebel or adopting ideas like satanism (for example) makes you metalhead. And I think that anyone claiming to be a satanist listens to metal just to become a part of another team because he is not accepted by so called "mainstream" social teams. And these are the guys that have no personality for me and listen to metal, which they make a simple phase.

Secondly I believe that when you have a strong passion for the music then your a metalhead. If the music is more than music to you,. Metal music to me is like having an addiction, some people light up or stick themselves but all I have to do is put on some of my tunes and I instantly feel better. I cannot go one day without this music or else I literally go crazy.

Oh man, you are totally right! I can't count how much times I fell asleep and woke up to see that Ive listened like 5 albums in a row. Older Gorgoroth or Dark Fortress' Seance are my favorite to sleep to.
