So i listened to "Everblasting Struggle" by Epping Forest and i must say that it's one of the best portuguese metal albums of this year. Cool riffing, fast drumming and i think that the keyboards bring their music to another level.

Ok here are alst bands from Portugal what I had
Sarcastic, Procyon, Sarcastic Angel and Tortura

All those single mo3 and demo bands i have, mall what I mentioned in alst post I have demo, album or mp3 so Im finished here, I do not know any other bands from Portugal

Portuagese werseion about Italian Doomsword, maybe not so doomy but still epic band, I realy wanna own some album, damn I like this band, now I acn enjoy myspace songs , its better how nothing

Good album, though despite it's killer sound I find it to be missing something that I can't yet put my finger on... Strange.

Process of Guilt

Picked up their Renounce album at Dutch Doom Days last weekend. Really good band.

Just was reading through the past posts of this and checked out this album - a really great one, and a pleasant surprise

Good to know people appreciate those albums.

I'm really happy that I created this topic, it gives a chance for "our" bands to be heard and appreciated, a thing that's hard to happen in this small country!

Yeah, i got that album too, and its pretty cool..

I have to admit that its not my favourite style, but they play in a very professional way, although they are not very known, and the vocalist's voice really is beautiful...

Great Hamird, why do you like them?

I personally respect Blasphemer (a.k.a Rune Eriksen) as one of the foremost talents in Metal. I just got the because of him, and I found them so nice although I'm not in Doom Metal so much.
And the vocalist was good too, her voice is fit to the music. Pulse of the Earth is my most favorite song done by her.

I respect Blasphemer but this band means nothing to me... But the video is really nice!

Glad to hear that and now you have the change to know a few more, just search through this topic.

I only know Gwydion (and Moonspell of course) because I saw the live in Ragnarök's Aaskereia tour. They weren't bad at all though I hadn't heard about them earlier. Btw, I don't why do they sing about vikings in Portugal...
