Great bm from the guys behind Ash Borer. Kinda like Skaphe but without the pyschedelic-y sound and riffing.

It's undeniable that this band are most definitely Running Wild clones, but who says that has to be a bad thing? I say they're a worthy imitation. The world needs more bands like this

Apart from Blazon Stone, he has: Breitenhold, Rocka Rollas, Cloven Altar and Runelord. Usually he does all the instruments for an album. Sometimes he does the vocals as well (Breitenhold and Rocka Rollas). Runelord is a band he started for a "made to order" kind of album (called A Message From The Past) which came out about two weeks ago. A fan wrote lyrics and payed him to make an album with it. It's a very good album imo.

Runelord - A Message From The Past Still my favourite heavy metal album so far this year. Really like the production of it. It feels old school but with a modern polish to it. Ascension - Under Ether Very consistent black metal album. I wasn't blown away, but it's an overall nice experience. Gunjack - Totally Insane I said it in the recommendations thread as well, the singer (who also is the bass player) sounds a lot like Lemmy. Ousiodes - Pymander Quite standard power metal tbh with some extra weird elements added to it from time to time. Overall not bad but not really memorable either imo. Sunnata - Outlands Great stoner/doom metal album. One of my favourites so far this year. Crescent - The Order Of Amenti Very nice blackened death metal album. Lyra's Legacy - Prisoner Some good melodic heavy metal imo. Universal Hippies - Evolution Of Karma An instrumental album. Good stoner psychedelic rock. A good relaxing album if you ask me. Absent - Towards The Void Just finished listening to this one. Solid doom metal album.
