One of the greatest metal albums of all-time. Every other minute I found myself either headbanging or making the metal face in preperation for headbanging.

This is one fun album, the ultimate bedroom dancer, pure thrashing madness, I just want to smash my head and break things.

The best by far! The title song is forgotten, that's terrible!

I really dont know, what the fuss is all about Lamb of God but i like this album, it has some great tunes. When you like PANTERA and Metalcore you´ll also like this album

How does anything he said have to do with illiteracy? Maybe his opinion is extreme and doesn't have a good logical base, but his spelling and grammar were just fine. Unlike some other people on this site. And he can obviously read, so that can't be it, either.

I find his opinion to be a little dumb as well, but I don't think that word means what you think it means.

This is one of the greatest albums and mayb d best by lamb of god...log was the first metal band i listened to...since then they have been my favourite...and they never seem to disappoint me...:metal:

Piece of shit if you ask me. Over prodction is the word...... Well playing but...songs aren't so interesting.

I think the production style suits the sound perfectly, not sure what Northern Danger is on about. I don't think I'll ever get tired of listening to these riffs.

Fucking awesome. The Faded Line is my favorite.

I'd have to go with Break You as a favorite. Some of the vocals Randy do are absolutely sick.

I think Lit and Cynic Metalhead are the same person, Cynic Metalhead used to send my mother greeting too (btw, I have told my mother about that , watch your mouths guys)

My personal gateway from metalcore into real metal. Five years later and songs like omerta, faded line, and laid to rest are still making their rounds on my daily listenings. Love the riffs and the incredible drumming of Chris on this one as usual, and Randys vocals were better than ever on this album.

I listened to the whole album, just for the high rating. This is just a mix of riffs and noise without any sense. Also add the unbearable vocals, I wish i could enjoy this as much as you do people.

One of the best albums from their genre. Pretty unique sound and it just sounds great. Not a single bad song on the rec. Say what you want about LOG, but their one of the more consistent modern metal bands.

Edit: I haven't heard any other albums from their genre, so nevermind my my first sentence lol.

I can't enjoy the vocals, even compared to other vocals with a similar style. The riffs and mainly the drumming are pretty tight, but to me this wasn't anything that special. If I compare a band that played a similar style, which is Pantera, then I totally prefer 90's Pantera over this album, which according to the user rating is their best.

Easily their crowning achievement. They've been unable to match or top this ever since.

9.2/10 for me - 'Laid to Rest', 'Hourglass' and 'Now You've Got Something to Die For' are the standout tracks. 'The Faded Line', 'Omerta' and 'Ashes of the Wake' are all also fantastic.
