Metal Storm Version 3 Is Open
Hello everybody!
I'm sure that a lot of you are wondering what's happening here... Well, don't worry - it's just some good things
The New Version Of Metal Storm (V.3) is now OPEN !!!
It means that a lot of things are missing, it means that you'll find a lot of bugs, but also... that you'll find a lot of new cool things
The pictures will be back ASAP, with the help of our members who are able to edit bands/albums now (we need your help mates !)...
I'm sure that you have a lot of questions, but be patient, you'll have some answers soon. (and for all the ones who aren't registered yet... you're welcome to join us )

I love it love it love it ! Minus the bugs (which are but naturally understandable) so far I find it absolutely flawless ! Great way to make it look new while conserving the good old metalstorm style

Nice work. I noticed in the memberlist section that "points" are back. How are these to be distributed? I'm hoping for points handed out by mods/elite posters for site contributions (worthwhile posts, reviews, etc) rather than by the general public....

Let me get this straight, does that mean that any member can add anything to any band page? What if people abuse that and add lots of crap? Or have I misunderstood?

One other thing after browsing the forums: What's happened to our rankings? I was only 30 posts away from being a Forum Master lol :-P Will they be re-introduced? Without rankings, we can't even see whether someone is a staff member or Mod or Elite, etc. I mean, I remember all of who the Mods/Staff are but not Elites. Also, some Mods don't seem to have any permissions in their permissions box thing, but some do.

This new version looks great. A big thank you to all the staff who have spent so much time and effort to improve this site. If you need any assistance, I'm more than happy to help. Anyway, I'm still checking out some of the new features, though so far it seems great. It's nice that the forum has been restarted also. It will be a nice fresh start, and hopefully will be a faster site too. Once again, thanks to all who have put so much effort into this.

Very nice job! It looks great and all. There are still a few bugs here and there, but I understand that. They'll probably be fixed over time. It's nice and refreshing too that the forum is emptied. Not too many topics now, which is good!
