now online is a snapshot of the last five minutes. But yes, right now that number is correct in that every single IP loading the site once counts as one "guest" for the next five minutes.

Partway through 'Desperation In The Sky'. Some of those riffs, if you can even call them that, are absolutely otherworldly. Seems more melodic and euphoric in a minor way (actually gets way dark later on), but not a bad thing so far. Production is also incredible. Lots of bass.
Yeah, this is, like, the best thing I have heard in a long time. Wasn't sure even they / he could write something that could top the debut, but this has the potential to do so.
It is great, indeed, but I cannot shake the feeling that his debut is the best thing ever, and hence everything else he does sounds inferior to that. Given the similarity in the styles, it means that everything by this band is somehow a disappointment for me ;(
I can see what you mean, but he does a whole heap of stuff here that he doesn't on the debut. Seems far more diverse song wise. It's different, but the same to me. Still exactly what I need.
I listened to a 320 rip, so the sound quality was good.
I was just taking a gamble that Alex Fenger was going to comment as I noticed the score jumped up since checking the page a few minutes before, and it was his 10 score that did it

Thats what I tried to listen to but the production was so bad that it ruined it. This is obviously interesting but as long as the production stinks I prefer Shataan.
Are we talking about the Bandcamp one, or the cassette rip? Can't see how anyone could have an issue with the way the sound is presented in the Bandcamp tracks; deep, dense and bassy and conveys the psychedelic layering and, as said, nigh-on improv-like background freeform guitars perfectly. 'Without Circumference Nor Center' would be an apt example of poor Arizmenda production. This is just about perfect, although the vocals could have been mixed a tad lower, but that's more personal preference than an actual issue.
The recent Shataan one is pretty average sound wise. Way too much treble and a bit on the thin side. [edit] This one does actually sound a tad better, but still suffers from booming loudness. Could just be Soundcloud. Not great either way though.
What the first available track originally sounded like when taken from the tape (wrong name though). Yuck.
Bandcamp streams at a fairly low bitrate (128 I think), but a low bitrate with an intended mix is still going to better than a shitty tape rip at 320kbps.

This is all new to me. But now I have the better version. Thanks
