Emmure

With: Frankie Palmeri

The annual Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival rolled into town this past weekend. Tons of bands, tons of fun, tons of sun and some rain - but this did not discourage us to conduct a couple of interviews with some of the bands.

Listen to what Emmure's front screamer Frankie had to say about the festival, a new album and the age-old question - Mets vs Yankees.

And make sure you also check out some of the live performance pictures right HERE.

Shit band, but the frontman doesn't seem as much like a douchebag like I thought he would. I'm not sure, though. I only watched a few minutes in before I lost the desire to watch anymore.

Emmure have possibly the simplest songs around, but they're fun on occasion. I do not like Frankie's vocals at all though.

Decrepit Birth just finished 70-462 dumps - testking.net their tour in direct support of Six Feet Under here in North America. Before the band hit the stage at the Marquis Theater in Denver, CO I had the chance to talk with vocalist Bill Robinson.

We chatted about their use of tour musicians, when we can expect a new Decrepit Birth album and his thoughts on the state legalization of cannabis in Colorado and Washington. I also made a quick inquiry with guitarist Matt Sotelo about the re-birth of Deprecated.
