Starting to rock against the world in 1996, they are still playing 14 years later. Airborn, the brainchild of vocalist and guitarist Alessio Perardi, got their first release in 2001 with the album Against The World, out on Remedy Records with top class producer Piet Sielck (Iron Savior, Blind Guardian) behind the mixing desk. The album showcased fan-favorites The Hero, Born To Fly & Return To The Sky. On their second album D-Generation Airborn entered a dangerous territory of electronic arrangements, but went out of it without losing true metal faith as witnessed in songs like Cosmic Rebels and Crystal Skulls. In 2009, with new line-up (Ale + Roberto Capucchio on guitars, Domenico Buratti on bass and Roberto Gaia on drums) Legend Of Madog is released: a concept album of quintessential Heavy Metal, no keyboards, no hollywood... just hard riffs and screaming vocals.
