ARRM came to life in 2010 as a solo project of guitarist Artur Rumiński (Thaw, Furia). "First it was only me but as time went by I decided to expand ARRM, first by adding bass player Rafał Miciński. Then Maciej Śmigrodzki (Thaw) came to replace him and we even managed to play some concerts supporting Nadja and Mamiffer", recalls Rumiński. "A couple of our tracks got released as part of cassette split with Stara Rzeka and Innercity Trio but at the end of 2012 ARRM went on a hiatus so that we could concentrate on other projects. It lasted until March 2016 and brought some personal changes - we welcomed back Rafał Miciński, Maciej Śmigrodzki switched to keyboards and drummer Michał Leks joined the band".

"ARRM" was recorded in Maq Records Studio under the supervision of Haldor Grunberg (Thaw). "We managed to record the whole album live during one weekend", says Rumiński. "Before entering the studio we only had two demo versions of 'Pinewood' and 'Grave' but those were scrapped in favor of the newer ones. If I were to find a common ground for those five tracks I would point to an obvious lack of haste that allowed us to concentrate on specific sounds", he adds.

To support the release ARRM will play shows with Rafał Iwański (Innercity Ensemble, Alameda 5) and Tides From Nebula.
