Catharsis - Laura Binder Featured In New 'Child Of Storms' Version

Russian metallers Catharsis have issued a statement in which it is was announced that Dalriada's singer Laura Binder will make a new "Child Of Storms" version, in Hungarian - her native language. "Child Of Storms" ("Дитя штормов") is the seventh track of the 2014 studio album Indigo, and the female vocals part was given before to successful female vocalists worldwide, including Adi "Infy" Berman, Elisa Stefanoni (Evenoire), Dianne Van Giersbergen (Xandria), Patricia "Nexx" Tapia (Mägo De Oz), and now Laura Binder.

Craft - Join Season Of Mist, Working On New Album

Black metallers Craft haven't released anything since their last album Void but there are new releases on the horizon. The Swedes just signed a deal with Season Of Mist which will release its next album. The group finally became a live-entity in September 2014 and are currently preparing their fifth long-player. Motörhead - Reveal New Album Details

The new Motörhead album is coming and it's some Bad Magic! The legendary British band will release their 22nd studio album on August 28th 2015 via UDR Music/Motörhead Music. Moreover, in their 40th anniversary year, the band also announces a 40th anniversary European tour in the fall. The new record Bad Magic was written and recorded in the studio together, for the first time in the Kilmister/Campbell/Dee era. Words like "loud, relentless, uncompromising and heavy as ever" are being used to describe the release.

Benedictum - Singer Goes Solo, Album On The Way

Frontiers Music Srl will release Now Or Never, the debut album from Benedictum singer Veronica Freeman's solo project The V, on July 3rd in Europe and July 10th in North America. Epica - Announce Their Own Festival

Epica have their own festival now! The symphonic metal giants just announced their very own festival, Epic Metal Fest. And it's already looking pretty good. Organised and curated by the members of Epica, this brand new festival will take place on the 22nd of November at Klokgebouw in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The first edition will see Epica headline, joined by their friends Eluveitie, Fear Factory (20th anniversary Demanufacture show), Moonspell, Delain and Periphery, with more bands to be announced soon.

Annihilator - Announce New Album, Waters Returns To Lead Vocals

Canadian thrash/heavy metal masters Annihilator recently confirmed that they will release their brand new (and 15th) studio album, Suicide Society, on September 18th, 2015 via UDR Music, worldwide. As usual, guitar wizard Jeff Waters handles all songwriting duties, plays all guitar and bass, engineers, produces, mixes and masters the album and Waters is also back commanding lead vocal duties, as he did on King Of The Kill (1994), Refresh The Demon (1996), Remains (1997) and other Annihilator albums over the years. Vattnet Viskar - Share New Video

Americans Vattnet Viskar are preparing the release of their upcoming new album Settler for June 16th (North America) and June 29th (Europe) on Century Media Records. Iron Savior - Release Clip From New DVD

German metallers Iron Savior have just released the promotional video for the anthem "Heavy Metal Never Dies" taken from the upcoming live album Live At The Final Frontier. While it is already out since May 29th in Europe, it only drops on July 7th (U.S.) via AFM Records in 2CD+DVD format. The audio album will also be available for digital download.

Sólstafir - Announce European Tour With The Ocean And Mono

Icelandic post-metal band Sólstafir has announced an European tour together with the German sludge metal band The Ocean and the Japanese post-rock band Mono. The tour will take place in October/November. Check out the tour dates and venues below! Tickets can be bought right here. However, it would appear that drummer Guðmundur Óli Pálmason will not be joining the band as he released a statement today claiming he was forced out of the band. Children Of Bodom - Announce Guitarist For Summer Shows

After announcing the departure of long-time guitarist Roope Latvala, Children Of Bodom have now confirmed his replacement for the upcoming shows. It is guitarist Antti Wirman of Warmen who has already made his live debut with the band on Saturday, when Children Of Bodom played a private show in Helsinki. He is also the brother of keyboardist Janne Wirman. The band will continue with Antti Wirman at least until the Kuopiorock festival on August 1st. What happens after that still remains open.
