Dethklok - Release New Video, Announce North American Tour

Pentagram - Former Bassist Vance Bockis Passed Away At Age 50

Washington, D.C.-area punk and metal bassist Vance Bockis has died at the age of 50. The musician, who played in such bands as The Obsessed, 9353 and Pentagram, in addition to fronting The Factory, passed away at his home in Fairfax County, Virginia, from complications following shoulder surgery.

The Sword - New Album Details Revealed

Stone metallers The Sword revealed via their official website the cover artwork and track listing of the band's upcoming album, entitled Apocryphon due to be released on October 22 via Razor & Tie. Apocryphon was produced and engineered by J. Robbins (Clutch, Jawbox) at Magpie Cage Studios and will feature cover art by famed comic book artist J.H. Williams III (Batwoman, Promethea).

After the critically acclaimed Working Class Demon from 2010, Yurei returns with a work venturing even further into the weird. Building on the same expression as his first album, Night Vision takes it all so much further and travels into a landscape of his own; gone are the distorted guitars (removing the already faint previous traces of metal) and in comes a parade of Dali-like creatures of the night: twisted, progressive, Lynchian tracks with hectic Balkan-inspired outbursts going off inside the dissonant but still melancholic and driven rock.

Wednesday 13 - New Album Title Revealed

2013 marks the 10th anniversary of Wednesday 13 (solo band) and 20 years of Wednesday 13 releasing music. In honor of 2013, Wednesday 13 has been busy preparing his release and touring schedule. The band will be releasing a new, full-length studio album in February/March 2013, entitled The Dixie Dead.

Crocell - Announce New Lead Vocalist
