Hate Eternal - To Release DVD Of London Show

Death Metallers Hate Eternal will be releasing a DVD of their recent gig in London, UK. So far the DVD has no title, but it is set to be released in October this year. The DVD will contain:

The full London set (Sunday, June 4)
An interview with the band filmed immediately after the gig
Documentary on the making of 'I, Monarch'
On-tour footage
All of the band's promo videos

The London gig at 'The Garage' was just one stage of their recent European tour, which will finish on the 10th June.

Hate Eternal is hoping to put out a good DVD with plenty of footage of crazy fans stagediving, going nuts in the pits, and overall chaos. The audio mixing will be done at Mana Recording Studios when the band gets back home.

Hate Eternal - New Album On The Way

Hate Eternal guitarist Erik Rutan as been speaking abut the final stages of the recording process of the band's new album, to be called 'I, Monarch', due for release in April 2005.

The band have released one special advance version of the title track for use on an upcoming Earache CD given away free with the January 19 issue of the UK's Metal Hammer magazine, and Rutan is thrilled to be nearing the time when the band can unleash the rest of the record.

Comments the guitarist/vocalist;
"Just wanted to let all the fans know our third Hate Eternal record 'I, Monarch' is being mixed as we speak and shall be finished on January 4th, 2005 for a spring 2005 release. I just want to say that never have I been so prepared for an album and never have I spent so much time crafting an album. Therefore I feel like we really captured something special. It sounds amazing. At my studio I bought the analog 2 inch machine from Morrisound that we recorded the whole album to which was very special. Jim Morris sold it to me. In the past I recorded both 'Domination' and part of the 'Gateways...' album with it, and it's been used on great albums by numerous other bands like Deicide, Suffocation, Cannibal Corpse and Death so it is a very classic machine and I am very honored to have it be a part of my studio now."
"The tones on this album are amazing, such depth and clarity yet so pummeling.The material is very diverse I feel without compromising what Hate Eternal represents, which is an extreme Metal outfit. I got some killer solos on here and the drumming on the record is groundbreaking I feel, so I am very psyched to get this thing out and tour our asses off next year. I
think everyone will be very pleased. We look forward to getting back on the road and supporting 'I, Monarch' with a few surprises for sure . Hope all is Well for all our fans out there and be prepared!"

Hate Eternal - a new album is on its way

HATE ETERNAL guitarist Erik Rutan has posted the following message on the group's web site:

"Hello, my evil friends. Rutan here. I apologize for the lack of updates on our site but we've been touring forever. We finished the ARCH ENEMY tour, the HATEBREED tour, and then the DEICIDE/KRISIUN tour and our headliner in Europe with DYING FETUS, DEEDS OF FLESH and PREJUDICE. We did 8 full tours for this album and it was all an incredible success. We, HATE ETERNAL, personally want to thank all the listeners, fans and friends of this band that have helped us become what we are today and for showing your incredible support for us, through our accident and the rough times and all the good times. You guys keep us inspired. Leading on to what's going on with us right now, we are currently working on new material for our 3rd album, which we will record in the late summer, hopefully with a winter 2004 release or early next year. All I can say is that fans of HATE ETERNAL and fans of my old material with MORBID ANGEL will be so very pleased, for this album has all those elements and more! The material is very diverse in an evil and heavy, dark way. Still intense, still fast, still heavy, still lots of twisted melodies but I think this album is going to make some waves. We've never been more focused than we are right now and I wanted to let everyone know what is up with HATE ETERNAL. Keep looking on our site for more info. We will be making changes in the site very soon and once again thank you for your patience and your support. You guys rule."
