Hatesphere - Replace Guitarist

Danish Thrashers Hatesphere have issued the following statement on their official website:

"Heinz is no longer part of HateSphere. The decision was made long time ago, and we have therefore known it for a long time. There is no bad blood in the split - Heinz simply don't like the touring part of music anymore - so we want to thank him for a great time in the band and wish him the best of luck in the future.
No need to worry as we have found a more than fitting replacement. Jakob from fellow Danish metallers, Dawn of Demise + Koldborn, is taking over the guitar duty in the band emidiately. We have known Jakob for a long time, and we are looking forward to finally hitting the big stages with him! Welcome to the band!
Your first chances to see him in action will be on our upcoming tours with Behemoth and Dimmu Borgir. Jakob has already played a show in Essen(DE) with us - watch the video here. /Hatesphere

Heinz' official statement:
At the 25th of August I played my last show with Hatesphere at the Elsrock Festival in Holland. The reason that Im leaving Hatesphere after 5+ years of hard work and boozin' fun on the road is simply that its time for me to try new things in life. It was probably one of the hardest decisions I ever took, but I know that this is the right choice for me and the band. Life is all about being true to yourself and do what you love doing right now.
My time in Hatesphere has given me so many great moments with the guys in the band and all the people who belive in us and came to our shows during the past 5 years. So a big cheers and thank you to all the bands I've toured with, all you fans who came out to join the party with us, but most of all to my friends Bredahl, Pepe, Mixen, Gyldenøhr, Mikael, Dennis, Mads, Tue, Rasmus and Tolderen for all the good times we´ve shared on the road and in the studio. /Heinz"

Hate Eternal - Announce Permanent Second Guitarist

Hate Eternal is proud to announce the newest member to its family, Shaune Kelley, joining the band as the second guitarist.

Leader Erik Rutan comments on the official band's website:

"Shaune and I played together in for Ripping Corpse for over 5 years before my involvement in Morbid Angel and Hate Eternal, and have been friends for over 20 years. I am totally ecstatic to have Shaune in the band and recreate a guitar team that always connected on all fronts. Shaune's contribution to the new record will be tremendous as well as touring that will follow. It will be the first time Hate Eternal will actually be a four piece live band, due to other situations never working out.

Rehearsals have been amazing jamming with Alex, Jade, and Shaune for the last couple of months at Mana Studios. The new songs are finished and sounding awesome! We have spent much more time on the preparation of this new album on all fronts compared to our past releases and the results have provided a much more focused and deeper layered results (more solos, yes!). We start recording the drums on August 21st and then following through, finishing by mid October for an early 2008 Metal Blade release."

Hate Eternal - Announce Permanent Drummer, New Album Details

Hate Eternal have announced their new permanent drummer. Jade Simonetto is now their full member of the band. Jade has been working with the band lately, but has just now been given a full position. In further Hate Eternal news, new details about an upcoming album have been announced.

Vocallist/guitarist Erik Rutan made the following comments on the band's official website: "Jade and I have been working together for six months or so, and his incredible skill and dedication to extreme drumming and groove has made him the perfect drummer for Hate Eternal. We gel on everything from all the old songs to the new and the creativity process has been amazing. Working with Jade on the new songs, there is so much diversity and signature drumming to the melodies and riffs.

We have been in the middle of preproduction right now for weeks and will doing preproduction till the end of August. We will then start recording the drum tracks for our album! I am super excited about the new material and Alex is coming up with some incredible bass lines! This album is covering a lot more ground than we have previously and I am excited about jamming with Jade and Alex, and a surprise in the works! A lot more groove and diversity in an extreme way. We will record and mix between now and October, with an early 2008 release on Metal Blade. I will keep you updated!"

Hatesphere - Parts Ways With Drummer And Bassist, Announced Replacements

The following message was posted on Hatesphere's official website:

"Now it is official: Anders and Mikael is no longer in the band.
We played the last show with them this tuesday - as support for mighty Megadeth.
We have known for a long time, that they would leave, so we kind of was getting used to it -
but it still was a weird feeling playing that last show with them. And a great show it was!

Anders and Mikael, thanks for all the good, the bad and the drunk times!

Picture of ancient line-up here.

The madness will go on.
The rumors about a split up, and rumors about this and that, is a part of the game I guess.
You know, people talk - people wants to be a part of this thing, and then people start spreading lies about the whole situation and bla bla bla...
We know the truth - and that´s enough for us. Who would ever believe the guy who beats up his girlfriend anyway..?
We knew this would start all kinds of shittalking and bla bla bla... And spcially now we are aware of it...
So, what to say?..maybe Go fuck yourself!

This band will continue as HateSphere.
We have lots of new adventures in the future. Lots of great shows, festivals and so on.
And so far we will continue with these two guys you see on the mugshot below.
On drums we got Dennis Buhl and on bass we got Mixen Lindberg.
Welcome!

Picture of new line-up here.

See you all out there - have a Serpent Summer

All the best
Jacob and the leftovers".

Jared Anderson - Ex-Morbid Angel/Hate Eternal Member Passes Away At 30

According to Cincinnati.com, Jared Anderson, the former bassist/vocalist of Hate Eternal and Morbid Angel, passed away on Saturday, October 14 at the age of 30. The cause of his death has not yet been released. Visitation will take place Thursday, October 19 at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home, St. Rt. 125 Amelia, Ohio from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by Funeral Services Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Interment Pierce Township Cemetery.

Jared Anderson was most recently working on a project which was known by its alias As One... Jared described the band's musical direction on his MySpace page as "a revision of my Internecine writings, or shall I say 'written in the vein of.' The Internecine record itself was all 'old' material from the early to mid-'90s that I was given the offer to record, so obviously I opted to do so. Highly technical, obscure death metal was purely the intent of Internecine. Although most of the material was written many years prior to recording it, there were a couple of songs that were more recent. The two songs were 'The Elder Gods' and 'The Calling Of The Hordes'. This is where As One... comes in, kind of continuing where I left off so to speak, with a much more matured sound."

Back in February 2006, former Morbid Angel bassist/vocalist Steve Tucker confirmed to Blabbermouth.net that he was putting together a new project with Jared Anderson. "It is definitely death metal," Tucker said at the time. "It is very early on, but we are both extremely excited about it. No name yet, a few songs written, varying in tempo etc."
