French doomsters Monolithe have revealed the title for their upcoming fifth opus. Titled Epsilon Aurigae, the follow-up to 2013's Monolithe IV was revealed by their label Debemur Morti Productions. Poised to break out of their usual single-track studio album cycle, the album is said to bring in a new chapter in their groundbreaking discography. Today is a big day for Cynic fans. The prog metallers have finally unveiled details about their upcoming third full-length on their official Facebook page. The band has stated that the new album will be titled Kindly Bent To Free Us and will be released worldwide on coming Valentine's Day, February 14th, 2014. Canadian progressive metalcore outfit Protest The Hero have unveiled the complete artwork that will grace their upcoming album Volition, found underneath the O-card cover on the digipak CD version, and the vinyl cover. The band had invited fans to join an interactive website where they could uncover the artwork and later posted the complete NSFW artwork online. Take a look at it below. Moreover, the group is also streaming online another new track, "Drumhead Trial", and you can listen to it now. It features Kayla Howran on vocals and a guitar solo by Ron Jarzombek as well.
Kingsley "King" Fowley, drummer and vocalist in US death metallers Deceased, has announced via Facebook details about the band's next album. Fowley reveals that Ghostly White will be the title of the new album which he is writing this year. He hopes to record it in the summer and release it in winter 2013.
