Cold Mourning - Bassist/Guitarist Passed Away
Bruce Blankenship, a long-time guitarist and bassist of US doom metal ensemble Cold Mourning, has passed away. The band's label Game Two Records shared the statement, which can be read below.
Game Two Records commented: ''With profound sorrow, we express our deepest condolences on passing of Cold Mourning bassist and guitarist Bruce Blankenship to family, friends, Mat Bilac and his other bandmates.
"Bruce laid down the cold, low end from the Looking Forward To Reason demo in '95 through 2000's Lower Than Low album. He's credited with guitar work on 2023's The End Of Reason. RIP, brother Bruce, and groove onward..."
