The real question is why a band would want to participate in a tour named "Hottest Chicks In Hard Rock/Metal". Surely that's not what a frontwoman (or band) wants to be reduced to?

It's always funny to see a male cry over sexual objectification of females. Is it a genuine regard, a feminist influence or a vain attempt in impressing the opposite sex?

Not that our society doesn't have a completely broken concept of sexuality, but it's hardly because of scantily clad women on billboards.

While I'm glad I was able to amuse you, unfortunately I have to inform you that at no point was I "crying". Merely wondering why a band would go out of its way to brand and label themselves as "the band with... that hot chick".

The answer to that is pretty simple: Most people listen to music with their genitalia. Also, some bands don't bother too much and I don't think they should in the long run, if they have fun playing and don't care about the eventual objectification, what's the big deal? Everybody wins.

Ya know what the metal scene is missing? Bad nightvision sex tapes. The true merit of any medium can only be determined by green people fucking.

For the record though, I don't know of too many girls in metal groups... That said, red hair and tatoos will put me on at least an 8 on Moh's scale of erectile hardness.
