hhhhmmmm. A tough one, I would have to say The Last Goodbye, Black Label Society. Zakk originally wrote that for Dimebag. I love the filme clip. Kide versions of them both Dimbag's face fades out as the song ends then it says RIP .  Very emotional anf very fitting i feel.

Now that I think about it... Since I have many friends that don't like metal, This song would be perfect: Elfen Lied - Lilium I swear I'm about to cry everytime I hear this song. So simple yet so beautiful and sad.
