That's really dependent on how anal you are with set up and run time. You can make them relatively smooth.

You can buy an Ender 3 Pro for $200 USD that will print those with no problems. Creality's slicer program is good. Sometimes they take a little bit of finesse to set up the stepper motors, but there are tons of YT vids on it.
