Explanation of the top 3:
1. Sperm was the beginning of NDH and the inspiration source of many bands like Rammstein.
2. The first Rammstein album and with it the name NDH(Neue Deutsche Härte) came.
3. It was the international break through Rammstein and the world noticed NDH.
