I ended up putting their previous album on top of my 2023 list because of surprised I've been by that album. This one doesn't have the surprise factor anymore, but it is also pretty damn good. I'm not 100% fan of the added cinematic moments, but it does give a bit more dynamics to the album. The strong aspect of the album here again is the very high intensity, the vocals which I personally love, and the great arrangements. He really knows how to bring his riff ideas to life.
