At the moment ARSIS it's so insane that I just can't think of anything else - especially the thing that made me angry in the first place. In fact I usually end up grinning like a fool. If I want to dwell on being angry... Korn Bloodsimple - puts it into perspective, while allowing you to brood a little.

When i'm REALLY pissed off, i can't listen to anything. when i'm just moderately pissed or it's not a very serious matter, if i'm alone i'll blast Manowar's The Day the Earth Shook DVD at high volume and headbang and chant along.

When I'm pissed I'll usually listen to Insect Warfare. Their songs are so full of hatred, and musically borderline on pure noise. It's just intense.

Generally i listen to some funeral doom metal, then i feel depressed, so i listen to some indie rock, so i feel happy, than my sister puts on michael buble, and im back to very fucking angry again!

I can pretty much listen to anything although I tend to go with slower music as I'm not very productive or creative when angry and slower music (ambient, neofolk etc.) usually does a good job of calming me down.

Depends on why I'm angry and how angry I am. But in general, I find nu-metal and groove metal to be good for that. And obviously extreme death metal stuff like Death and Behemoth, but a lot of that is also great for just listening in general.

It depends on the mood if I'm angry, and want to steam off I listen to something Brutal like Benighted and Anaal Nathrakh but if I'm pissed at my self for something i regret doing then I would listen to some depressive music like Shining and Burzum.
