In late 2018, German death doomsters Ophis parted ways with two members, guitarist Simon Schorneck and drummer Steffen Brandes. Now, the band is pleased to announce replacements. Bands
Nightstryke

Brainchild of vocalist/guitarist Rami Hermunen, Nightstryke was founded as a solo project in late 2015. The first demo "The First Stryke" was released on 1st of June the following year and it gained some attention to the band which was about to form.

The first line-up (though short-lived) was formed a month after releasing "The First Stryke" and it consisted of Rami Hermunen (vocals, guitars), Eric Taponen (guitars), Leevi Lehtinen (bass) and Jesse Sorsa (drums). After a few months though, it was time for Taponen to leave the project and in came a young, red-headed Juho Karppinen with his lightning fast fingers.

Bands
Visionatica

VISIONATICA inflame the myth around their new Symphonic Metal jewel with "Enigma Fire"

Led by their singing wolf Tamara Amedov, VISIONATICA entered the first league of Symphonic Metal in 2016. With her fantastic, crystal clear soprano vocals combined with the powerful grooves, melodic guitars and impressive orchestra elements of her companions, this musical pack raised a lot of dust in the scene with their debut "Force Of Luna" and celebrated first successes. The nine songs of the varied album, which has been released through Dr. Music Records, were recorded and produced by Timon Seidl in the Red Audio Studio. For mixing and mastering the musicians from the south of Germany could enchant no less a figure than Gate Studio's Olaf Reitmeier, who already worked with Metal giants like Avantasia, Kamelot or Epica. VISIONATICA leave nothing to chance and continue their clear musical vision purposefully with the upcoming album "Enigma Fire" and their proven producer team. The second album, which will be out on July 12th, 2019, also marks the beginning of their worldwide collaboration with the renowned Hard Rock and Metal label Frontiers Music Srl (i.a. Whitesnake, Primal Fear, Mr. Big). Not only for fans of bands such as Within Temptation, Nightwish, Delain or Xandria, this band is highly recommended!

Bands
In The Fire

In The Fire is a conception of Ryan Moll (Rumpelstiltskin Grinder, Total Fucking Destruction, Azure Emote). Musically best described as a maddening assault of banshee cries, pummeling debris, and lacerating riffage.

Thou Shell of Death´s creation can be described as majestic atmospheric black metal with haunting vocals. The band´s live shows are known as atmospherically hypnotizing and mesmerizing.

Both of them were released as strictly limited wooden box editions. Bands
Aggression

Aggression was formed on Halloween night, 1984 (originally under the moniker "Asylum"), by the 2 guitar shredders Sasquatch and Burn. Rounding out the lineup was Botcher on vocals, Dug on Bass and Gate on drums. After a few demos they recorded Forgotten Skeleton in 1986. Unfortunately the album would not see a release until 2004 (almost 20 years later!). After some lineup changes, Aggression recorded and released 1987's The Full Treatment.

They received good reviews for their demos and The Full Treatment and very quickly became one of the most popular metal bands in Quebec and Canada. Their concerts were sold out everywhere, and the fanbase grew from hundreds to thousands in no time. With his public relations expertise, their manager at the time (Johnny Hart) quickly made Aggression an household name. Other bands such as Metallica, Slayer, Exodus, Hallows Eve, Destruction and others all wanted to see the beast for themselves and meet Aggression while they were in Montreal, playing numerous concerts with bands such as Anvil, Celtic Frost, Voivod, Nuclear Assault, Agnostic Front, D.R.I., Possessed, Dark Angel, Crumbsuckers, Sacrifice and others. Due to certain members' drug problems and bad decisions the band was all but dead in 1989.
