Amorphis - Under The Red Cloud

Amorphis is one of the sure values coming out of Finland. Everybody knows (or should know) their early history as a melodic death band. 1994's Tales From The Thousand Lakes remains to this day a classic album. These musicians have been together over 10 years with their current lineup. Emblematic singer Tomi Joutsen was the last piece of the puzzle that led them to a trailblazing second career that started in 2005 with the release of Eclipse. Let's fast forward to 2015. Under The Red Cloud, with that eye-catching psychedelic artwork, is their 12th studio release expected September 4th through Nuclear Blast.

Månegarm - New Album Announcement

Last year, Månegarm had announced that they would be releasing a new album in 2015 and the Viking black metallers are keeping that promise. In fact, just today they announced their new album that also marks their 20th anniversary as a band. Trivium - Share Brand New Video

Orlando-based Trivium have already shared a few songs from their upcoming new full-length album, Silence In The Snow. The album is set to be released on October 2nd, 2015 via Roadrunner Records, and today we get to listen to another new song. Kabát

Band was founded in Teplice (a 50,000-citizen spa city situated 100 kilometres northwest of Prague) in 1983 by bassguitarist Milan Špalek and guitarist Tomáš Krulich. Drummer Radek "Hurvajs" Hurèík a singer Josef Vojtek joined the band later on. Another guitarist Ota Váòa completed the line-up in 1990. It is working to date.

In the beginning, Kabát operated as a local rock band just in hometown Teplice and its neighbourhood. The breaking point came in 1991, when the first album "Má ji motorovou" (She has it engine-driven) was released, followed by "Živì" (Live). On grounds of fan response, the band signed exclusive contract with the Monitor/EMI ÈR publishing.

Decapitated - Earache Records Takes Down Band's Digital Albums

It seems like we have another legal battle in our hands, this time involving Polish death metallers Decapitated and their former label Earache Records. While the group is now signed to Nuclear Blast Records, it appears that Earache Records has taken down the band's entire catalogue of music released by the label in retaliation for legal disputes brought forth by the band. Essentially, you can't buy or stream these albums from iTunes or Spotify now.
