Dawnless - Release New Album

Swiss metallers Dawnless have announced Beyond The Shade, the band's third album to date. It was made available for public purchase via iTunes back in January 31st, and you may get the album right here. Beyond The Shade was originally planned to be released three years ago but was postponed. If you recall, Dawnless have released the first single off Beyond The Shade last year, and it was titled Life Maze.

Sunburst - Fragments Of Creation

When I saw that a new band was opening up their first album with a track called "Out of the World", I figured they needed the chops to back it up. The band Sunburst from Larissa, Greece convinced me within twenty seconds. Their brand of progressive power metal had me on board so fast I can already tell you this is going to be an album of the year contender for 2016. It is that simple. Why?

Imagine the good parts of Dream Theater music meeting Nevermore crushing guitar riffs and solos with a vocalist who could tour with Kamelot. It also reminds me of Symphony X and Evergrey. I mean no disrespect to the actual musicians of Sunburst by using all these comparisons. Their music is so in league with the aforementioned bands in both creativity and execution it is hard to conceive that Fragments of Creation is their debut album.

Ministry - Al Jourgensen Launches New Band

Ministry's mainman Al Jourgensen has a new project called Surgical Meth Machine. The band has inked a deal with Nuclear Blast Records for their self-titled debut album. The record, which was recorded primarily at Jourgensen's home studio in Burbank, California with his longtime engineer Sam D'Ambruoso, will be released on April 15th worldwide. There is still no music available but the album cover and tracklist have been revealed.

The Algorithm - New Info On Upcoming Album

Samhain (US-NH)

Originally a two man band consisting of Steven Dunn, holding down the music and Carl Villiant on vocals. Samhain was a dormant dream for many years, upon it's conception in mid 2014..writting was instant but during the recording process Carl was to be tragically lost from the project..vowing never to give up, Samhain pushed forward as Dunn now having to claim vocal duty, was able to finish "Spirit Realm"

British band Magnum are releasing a video for the new song "Crazy Old Mothers" taken from their upcoming studio album Sacred Blood "Divine" Lies.
