Vader - To Release New EP

Polish death metal machine Vader is working on new EP, to be entitled Thy Messenger. It is cheduled for late spring / early summer release. The effort will contain five songs, that were recorded over a week-long a period in January and February at the Hertz Studio in Białystok under the supervision of the Wiesławski Brothers. The cover artwork was made by Wes Benscoter More details to follow.

Thornbridge

THORNBRIDGE is founded by Mo & Pat in 2008. Both musicians already know each other from previous projects. Singer and guitarist Mo invents the name of a band whose music and theme quite could appeal to pen & paper freaks. The first own songs are created, the first little gigs are played. Burghi and Lucky bump into the band, after various line up changes. This moment can be described as the actual birth of THORNBRIDGE.

In the years 2014 and 2015, the first album "What Will Prevail" is recorded, produced by Sebastian "Seeb" Levermann in the Greenman Studios and refined by the guest contribution of Phillip Schunke (VAN CANTO). Immediately THORNBRIDGE get a record contract with Massacre Records, the album will be released on February 19, 2016.

Lucifer - Begin Work On New Record, More Touring Confirmed

Germans Lucifer have commenced work on their upcoming, third full-length offering, Lucifer III. The follow-up to to 2018' Lucifer II will be released in early 2020. Next month, the band will also hit the road, kicking off the first leg of their first North American headlining tour. Special guests on this tour will be Spell.

Ketzer - Share Details Of New Album, First Single Available

On April 12th, German extreme metallers Ketzer will release their fourth full-length, entitled Cloud Collider, via Metal Blade Records. It was recorded at Markus Stock's infamous Klangschmiede Studio E as well as Laurent Teubls Sculpt Sound Studios in autumn, 2018. For a preview of the album, the first single "No Stories Left", is now available for streaming (guest appearance by Absu vocalist Proscriptor McGovern).

Embraze - Reunited, Announce Live Shows

Finish gothic metallers Embraze split up back in 2009. Now, after 10 years, the band reunites and also announced a couple of live shows. The band will also perform at well-known Nummirock Metal Festival in June. For now, Embraze have no plans to work on new music.

Michael Schenker Fest - Announce New Drummer

Legendary German guitarist Michael Schenker's Michael Schenker Fest project has recruited drummers Simon Phillips and Bodo Schopf, following the recent passing of Ted McKenna. Simon, who played on the debut Michael Schenker Fest album, will return as the permanent drummer on the upcoming second LP. Due to his schedule, he is unable to perform on the upcoming U.S. tour. This role will be completed by Bodo Schopf.

A Secret Revealed

A secret revealed is a five piece band from Würzburg/Germany and was founded in 2012.

The band mixes post-metal with influences of black metal and hardcore. After releasing their EP "Lay My Memories To Rest" in 2012 the band had several line-up changes and played shows with bands like Der Weg Einer Freiheit, Oathbreaker and Downfall Of Gaia.

In 2014 a secret revealed recorded their first full length record "The Bleakness" in collaboration with Nikita Kamprad and released it via Bastardized Recordings at the beginning of 2015.

Ignitor

Forged in 2003, IGNITOR began turning heads in several countries after releasing a 6-song EP TAKE TO THE SKY to rave reviews in 2004, when Germany's Rock Hard magazine named it "Demo of the Month." IGNITOR made their European debut at the Keep it True Festival in Germany in November 2005, where they stunned the crowd and were named "Best KIT Newcomer" by Mario's Metal Mania magazine. The band have released four CDs and an album of classic thrash and metal covers available in digital format only and has completed a brand new album ready for release in 2017. After some personnel changes over the years, the band have coalesced into the most solid lineup to date, with Jason McMaster (Dangerous Toys) on vocals, Stuart Laurence (Agony Column) on lead guitar, Robert Williams (Witches Mark) on rhythm guitar, Billy Dansfiel (Agony Column) on bass, and Pat Doyle (Offenders) on drums. The band currently lives in Austin, Texas.

Major Kong

Major Kong was born in late 2010 in Lublin, Poland. From the beginning they were a non-vocal trio. Just riffs and heaviness exploding from the guitar, bass, drums, loud amps and large cabinets. Their first recording was "Orogenesis" EP, then in 2012 came the debut album called "Doom for the Black Sun". In 2014 they moved to Warsaw and released "Doom Machine" - the second full-length. A simple joy of playing without any wicked studio-tricks continued with memorable gigs and more sets of tunes published in 2015: a split 12" with Dopelord and an EP entitled "Galactic Cannibalism".
