What exactly are you calling the "far right"? That's not a term we have here I think. We have conservatives and the right. The latter basically being nazis.
And the thing about right joining far right is also hard to reason with. Seems like the leader of the party said it, and many voters agree, but the other main members of the party strongly disagree and want him fired.
Everything is hard to predict. But the 4 parties on the left working on a coallition totalised 32% at the european elections. Hard to see them win. Also because many people hate the most left one even more than far right today..
It was in the news here this morning that the French conservatives are not joining forces with the French right. The same might happen in Germany next year :(
Macron is hated by most and can't win, and I can't see the left win in such short notice. The traditional right wing could have helped Macron, but now they actually decide to help Le Pen.. Game over ? :(
