Orange Goblin - North American Tour Confirmed

British stoner metallers Orange Goblin will return to perform at venues throughout the US and Canada this autumn. Following the band's success earlier this year as main support for Clutch on their Earth Rocker North American tour, Orange Goblin return for a full headlining run. Kicking off in New Orleans on September 27th, the band will visit 38 cities before concluding in Nashville on November 9th. Support on the tour will come from Holy Grail and Lazer/Wulf.

Triptykon - New Album Update

Having released their debut album Eparistera Daimones in 2010 and one EP on the same year, Triptykon led by former Hellhammer/Celtic Frost member Tom Gabriel "Warrior" Fischer have been quiet lately. Korn - Reveal New Album Cover And Tracklist

As the release date approaches, we find out more about Korn's upcoming new album The Paradigm Shift. The album cover has finally been revealed alongside the tracklist of the first new record with original guitarist Brian "Head" Welch in a decade, which will be in stores and via digital retailers on October 1st on Prospect Park. The cover art was created by artist Roboto and you can feast your eyes on it below and you also might get a little bit dizzy. You have been warned.

Metal Church - Find New Label

Rat Pak Records has officially welcomed legendary west coast headbangers Metal Church to the fold. Rat Pak Records, in conjunction with Body Of Work Recordings, will be releasing the band's 10th studio album Generation Nothing worldwide in early fall of 2013. This full length release marks the "return to the band's classic metal sound" according to founding member Kurdt Vandehoof and "has elements of the first album and the The Dark but still embraces the new sound of the band without chasing the past". Man Must Die - Sign To Lifeforce Records And Grindscene Records

Tech death metallers Man Must Die have signed to both Lifeforce Records and Grindscene Records. Grindscene Records will be releasing their new album in the UK and Ireland whilst Lifeforce Records will release it in Europe and North America. The band did a pledge campaign in order to record the follow-up to No Tolerance For Imperfection but the good news is that their next album is being released in late October via Lifeforce Records.

Drummer Michel "Away" Langevin of Canadian innovators Voivod has stepped away from the kit to deliver Cities, his solo debut album which is due today via Utech Records with exclusive art from Away. King Fear - Debut Album Out In September

German black metallers King Fear have confirmed that they will release their debut full-length album which is titled Frostbite on September 27th via Quality Steel Records/Soulfood. The album was composed and produced by Mål Dæth, and the mixing and mastering duties were handled by Olman Viper (Caliban, Dark Age, Deadlock).

Killswitch Engage - Drummer Breaks Collarbone, Fill-In Announced

Killswitch Engage's drummer Justin Foley is going through a rough time. He recently had a bicycle accident and broke his collarbone and therefore will not be able to do the band's upcoming Asia/Europe tour that begins later this week. However, the band isn't cancelling any dates as they found a replacement in longtime friend Jordan Mancino from As I Lay Dying which cancelled all of their tours due to what happened to Tim Lambesis. If all goes well, Justin Foley should be back on track in time for the North American tour with Lamb Of God, Testament and Huntress which starts in late October.

Deep Purple - 'Perfect Strangers Live' To See DVD Release

1984 saw the long-awaited reunion of the classic Deep Purple Mark II line-up of Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Jon Lord and Ian Paice. It was the first time they had worked together since 1973. They recorded a brand new studio album, Perfect Strangers and headed out on tour. This show was filmed in Melbourne, Australia and is the only full length concert film of the band at this time. The Perfect Strangers Live DVD is due out on October 14th via Eagle Rock.
