Unleashed - New Album Cover Art And More Unveiled

After finishing the recordings for their new album, Swedish death metallers Unleashed have now revealed its first details. Titled Dawn Of The Nine, the band's twelfth studio album features artwork created by Pär Olofsson (Immortal, Demonaz, Exodus) and it will be released on April 24th, 2015 via Nuclear Blast. Stone Sour - Share Video For Metal Church Cover

Stone Sour have premiered a video for their cover of Metal Church's "The Dark". This track was recorded specifically for the film Fear Clinic, which features frontman Corey Taylor in a key role and hits Blu-ray and DVD today. The video features the band's live performance along with scenes from the film.

Uneven Structure - Announce New Album First Details

The French band Uneven Structure has been working on their new album to finally follow the excellent debut Februus. They have almost finished the writing of La Partition, as the new album will be called. You can expect it to be released later this year and it should clock at around 50 minutes. Saturnalia Temple - Release New Video

Swedish doom metallers Saturnalia Temple have premiered a new video for the tune "To The Other." Trepalium - Forced To Change The Name Of Their Last EP

Following the complaint of the American band The Voodoo Moonshine, Trepalium have decided to change the name of their last EP in order to avoid a lawsuit. Their 2014 Voodoo Moonshine EP will now be called by the name of the EP's second track "Damballa's Voodoo Doll". The first edition of the EP is thus a collector's item.

Korpiklaani - New Album Cover Unveiled

Little by little, we get to know more about Korpiklaani's new studio album. Today, the Finnish folk metallers present the cover artwork of Noita. The artwork was done by Jan Yrlund, from Darkgrove Design who has created all the Korpiklaani covers in recent years. Check it out below. The release date has been set for May 1st (Europe), May 4th (UK) and May 5th (US) via Nuclear Blast.

Tenacious D - Win Grammy For Best Metal Performance

In a year with so many great metal performances, the Grammy winners for the "Best Metal Performance" are... Tenacious D. What?! Yes, indeed. They win with their version of the track "The Last In Line" which was recorded for the Ronnie James Dio - This Is Your Life tribute album. The other nominees were Anthrax, Mastodon, Motörhead and Slipknot.

Bell Witch - Reveal New Album Cover Art

As you might know, funeral doom metal duo Bell Witch is releasing a new album this upcoming April via Profound Lore Records. The successor to their debut Longing will be called Four Phantoms and the cover art that will grace it has just been revealed. The artwork was painted by Paolo Girardi and, according to the label, reflects the vibe and feeling of the album: mournful devastating soul crushing beauty. See it for yourself below.

After a long wait, black metallers Hammer Horde have recently revealed the newest addition to the family. Their new vocalist is Brock Bickelhaupt! He will replace Tom Sturniolo. Feared - Working On New Album

After releasing two new albums back to back in 2013, Furor Incarnatus and Vinter, Feared are working on their next release. Last month, the progressive death metal band recorded vocals for their new album which is due out in 2015. The band promises to share new updates soon and guitarist Ola Englund said at NAMM 2015 that the mixing is underway already.

Artillery - To Tour US In April

Danish thrash metal veterans Artillery are pleased to announce that they will return to US this April. The United Legions US Tour will also feature Striker and VX36 and begins on April 9th in San Jose, CA. The tour will weave its way through the US before wrapping up on April 27 in Salt Lake City, UT. AC/DC - Drummer Chris Slade Confirms Return To The Band

After much speculation, drummer Chris Slade has confirmed his return to hard rockers AC/DC. He will perform with the band at the Grammy Awards today at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California and on the upcoming Rock Or Bust tour. The former drummer of the band fills the vacancy created by Phil Rudd's ongoing legal battles.

Pain Of Salvation - New Video Clip, Working On New Album

Falling Home, the acoustic album by Swedish progressive innovators Pain Of Salvation, was recently released via InsideOutMusic and now the band has debuted the new promotional video clip for the album's title track. Check out below the atmospheric clip for "Falling Home", which was shot in Iceland by director Hilmir Berg Ragnarsson and produced by Hilmir Berg Ragnarsson and Soley Astudottir. But there is more.
